Large vintage table lamp from the French house Le Dauphin, recognizable by its original label still present on the body.
This impressive lamp stands out with a particularly decorative silhouette, combining a large ovoid body in shades of cream yellow and ochre, crafted with a textured, embossed finish, with a black and gold patinated metal structure.
The ironwork is one of the most remarkable elements of the piece: large volutes embrace the upper part of the body, while an openwork structure, also adorned with spirals, extends the lamp up to the socket. The ensemble gives it a sculptural appearance, halfway between the decorative furniture of the 1970s and the revisited neoclassical style characteristic of certain French productions from the second half of the 20th century.
With its 56 cm height and 4.2 kg weight, it is a lamp with a beautiful presence, ideal on a large console, sideboard, chest of drawers, or side table.
It can be paired with different lampshade styles: cylindrical for a more contemporary look, conical for a classic silhouette, or pleated to accentuate its vintage character. Lampshade not included.
