Large glazed ceramic vase / pitcher produced by Faïencerie de Thulin in Belgium, model 199.
This piece features a beautiful modernist silhouette with organic lines, characteristic of Belgian productions from the mid-20th century.
The glazed decor combines caramel brown, chocolate, and smoky gray hues with superb drip and texture effects.
The asymmetrical shape of the neck and the integrated handle reinforce its sculptural aesthetic, highly sought after today in Japandi, wabi-sabi, or mid-century modern interiors.
The bottom bears the marking:
"MADE BELGIUM FAIENCERIE THULIN"
as well as the model number "199".
